When Catering Minneapolis it is an ongoing journey that brings new clients and events to DESIRE on an everyday basis. On February 11th, 2012 CRAVE Catering was employed by Kari Warwick, owner of The Delight Life to cater a Valentine\’s Day Event for her client Jessica Miller. Jessica Miller selected Uppercut Gym as the place to have this flamboyant event, and what a superb venue to pick!
The night was filled with outstanding ambiance with a number of Minneapolis \’ best event organizers to cause it to happen including Jackie Reisenauer with Munster Rose, Trevor Pearson with Metro Ice Sculptures, Andrew Nygaard with AV for You (Lighting), Final Events (Rentals), Meghan Sitek \”Meghan Lee Creativity (Makeup for the Dancers), Mill Town Security and Drink alcohol Then drive Cleverly (DDI). Every last one of these firms came together to make one event special happen brilliantly.
The night was filled with Go-Go Dancers, a sushi girl as a virtual human food platter, a DJ to keep the night moving, stages and boxing rings, unbelievable lighting, interactive martini luge, top flight hanging floral arrangements and an Interactive Asian Wok performed by Hunger for Catering\’s Executive Chef, Lance Hamlin.
As the party continued all through the night, guests were able to come up to the HUNGER FOR Catering buffet and start their meal with sushi from one of our conventional sushi boats or the not-so-traditional, but exciting human sushi platter (also known as Nyotaimori). Guests then made their way down the smorgasboard with Asian to-go boxes to choose Rice or Soba Noodles as the base for the things that were being made in front of them and placed on a Teppanyaki Griddle.
These things included Sesame Chicken, Tempura Shrimp, Teriyaki Glaze Tofu, Mongolian Beef, and Teriyaki Chicken. In addition to the Interactive Asian Wok, WANT Catering also served Cream Cheese Phyllo Rolls, Vegetable Egg Rolls, and Crab Rangoon\’s.
Every entity to this event was exemplary and remarkable. It went on without a hitch and guests loved the exclusive pieces to this unique occasion.
